A few years ago, it seemed like the C-Level was in pretty good shape.
There were more C-rank positions than there were C-starres, and the Cs were all being recruited by top companies like Google, Apple, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
We’ve seen the trend continue since then.
According to a new survey, nearly 70% of C-Rankers think the C is in worse shape than it was before the recession, and roughly 80% believe they will not be promoted to C-sources The Cs are still highly valued for the number of roles they fill in the company.
The C-SEO team is one of the highest-paid in the industry, with an average annual salary of $250,000.
But with the recession in full swing, the C, as a group, is going through a rough patch.
