What’s going on with the #Razerback recruiting class

On Monday, the #RAZORBACK recruiting class made its official announcement and announced its full list of commitments.

According to 247Sports, the class has five commits from Georgia Tech, three from Florida State and two from Kentucky.

The recruiting class is loaded with talent from Georgia, Florida, Florida State, Kentucky, Tennessee, Vanderbilt and UCLA.

Georgia Tech was the most surprising player in the recruiting class with five commitments.

Georgia is the only team to commit to Georgia Tech this year.

Georgia was the only school to commit in the last four recruiting cycles.

Florida State is the most popular recruiting destination for the #Gators as they are expected to have the most high profile commitments this season.

However, the team has committed a total of six players from the state of Florida, which includes one commitment from Deandre Burnett, two from Tyler Smith and one from Alex Anzalone.

Florida is also the only SEC school to have committed at least three players from Florida.

The Gator State also has two commits from Jameel McKay and two commits on the 2018 recruiting class.

Kentucky and UCLA are the only teams in the SEC to have three commitments from the Wildcats.

Kentuckians star guard Jarnell Stokes is the third most popular player on the recruiting list and is the first to commit this year after two other players, sophomore guard Deonte Burton and sophomore forward Jalen Tabor, committed.

The Wildcats also have committed to the No. 2 and No. 3 rated players on the 2017 recruiting class, senior guard Austin Bass and junior guard Daejon Wright, respectively.

Lauri Smith, a five-star recruit from Georgia and the No 3 player on #RAZEATB, has also committed to #RAZIERS.

Kentucks forward Alex Anza is the fourth most popular recruit in the #UGA recruiting class and is ranked the No 1 player on our list.

Anza has committed to Kentucky, Georgia Tech and UCLA this year, which makes him the fifth most popular prospect in the program.

Georgia Tech also has committed three players this year and three on the 2019 recruiting class: junior guard Ryan Gomes and freshman guard Isaiah Whitehead.

The Jackets have committed four players from Georgia this year including four commits on a commitment this year from Tyler Jones and four on a commit this past year from Malik Johnson.LSU committed four commits this year on the #Lsu commit list.

The Tigers also have four commitments from Alabama and two on a 2019 commitment from Nick Bosa.

The Crimson Tide has committed six players to the program this year: sophomore guard Jordan McRae, junior guard Tye Smith, sophomore forward Kahlil Tate and freshman forward Kaleb Tarczewski.LS’ most notable commit this week is 6’6″ guard Austin Williams, who is the No 7 player on their list.

Williams committed to Georgia and is projected to be the top player in this class.

Williams is a versatile player who can be an effective 3-point shooter, but is best suited to a small forward role.

He can also be an offensive rebounder and an athletic rebounder.

Williams’ father, Kenny Williams, is the son of former Georgia coach Mark Williams.

He is the youngest of the four siblings, and the youngest brother of former NBA player David Williams.

Kenny Williams is a former player for the Atlanta Hawks and played in the NBA for six seasons with the Boston Celtics.
