Utah football is continuing to ramp up its recruiting blitz as the school announced it signed quarterback Caleb Price.
The 6-foot-4, 205-pound Price, a junior from Lakewood, Utah, is rated as the No. 3 quarterback in the state of Utah by 247Sports.
Price’s commitment comes as Utah has been trying to build its recruiting footprint for the 2018 recruiting class.
Price was an All-Pac-12 performer in 2017 and has also played in the Big Sky Conference.
Price is a native of Bountiful, Utah and is a four-star prospect and the No 1 dual-threat quarterback in Utah.
The Aggies were able to sign a number of high-profile prospects in the 2016 class, including running back Tre’Davious White, wide receiver T.J. Troup, defensive tackle Devante Brown, wideout Jourdan Williams, cornerback Jourdah Washington, defensive back Jarrad Davis, defensive lineman David Thompson, safety Terrence Howard, cornerback Deion Brown, and cornerback Jarius Stewart.
Utah also added five other scholarship receivers in the 2018 class, led by running back Jalen Reeves-Maybin, defensive end Deion Wilson, wide receivers J.J.’
Davis and Rashad Crawford, offensive lineman Alex Johnson, linebacker Kahlil McKenzie, safety Derrick Malone, and offensive lineman Isaiah Davis.
